We welcome feedback both positive and critical from our visitors. Without your input , it is difficult to improve the site over time to better serve the needs of our visitors.
It is much more difficult to put together a site providing information on a subject on which one is reasonably knowledgeable than what it is to write one on a subject about which one knew little or nothing in the beginning.
This may sound strange but the less knowledgeable person tends to question everything and concentrates on the detail. Those of us who think we are knowledgeable on a subject tend to unintentionally gloss over some point that is important to our readers thus causing at least confusion and at worst considerable angst.
How many assembly instructions have you read that have failed to sufficiently cover some inportant point? How many times have you followed written instructions on how to do specific tasks on your computer, got so far and the dam thing won't co-operate because some very minor step has been glossed over or left out.
We have tried hard not to commit any of those sins. I also write computer training manuals so I really do know what grief even a simple typo like a comma instead of a semi colon can cause for users, so please feel free to e-mail us with any suggestions.
We are in the process of putting all of the information on the site (and some more) into a Pdf book so that our visitors can down load it, print it out and study it at their leisure. The E-Book floggers tell me it will be worth a pretty penny but we will be giving it away free to our visitors. If you would like an early copy or have some suggestions for additional things you would like to see in the book, please tell us and we will do our best to oblige.
You can e-mail us at webslaves at blackjackrat.com. Sorry, but you
will have to take out the spaces and change "at" to the proper symbol.
At present the spammer's email spiders cannot identify that as an
e-mail address.
If it is a request for the e-book please put "request for blackjack book" or something similar in the subject line of the e-mail. Regardless of the content, please place some relevant words in the subject line. With all the spam and viruses out there we delete all e-mails with no subject line.
Learn your lessons well before you start playing for real and Good luck at the blackjack tables!
